The ChelseaMore is a two-bedroom condo located across from the seminar garden, West 20th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues. The building was renovated in 2012 and marketed by the Corcoran Group as a mint renovation. The quintessential difference between condo and townhouse.

MS&Co. came into the picture in 2013, reinventing the two-bedroom layout in a collaboration with Nightwood NY to create an atmosphere focused on wood works. We reinvigorated the space with accent lights from Restoration Hardware, custom-made mirrors, and reclaimed wood paneling in the living room and master bedroom. 

The living room now includes built-in shelving that fade into the architecture, and a sun-soaked openness ornamented by white details and wood trim. Interior furnishings, decorations and art were locally sourced to match the palette of white and wood.
